This website offers information about, and the online sale of, personal skincare devices, including an LED light therapy face mask (the "Products"). Products are offered only to customers with a delivery address in the United States. Sales are governed by our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using this website you become a "User" and accept this Legal Notice. Users agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith, and not to:

Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

By placing an order or using this website you accept these Terms of Service, our Legal Notice and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We sell to consumers for personal use and ship only to addresses in the United States.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our Products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images, specifications and battery figures (such as the number of sessions per charge) are approximate and may vary with use.

4. Health and safety disclaimer

The LED face mask is a personal cosmetic device intended for general skincare. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on this website about the Product have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Customer reviews reflect individual experiences.

Before using the Product, read the user manual and follow its instructions. Consult a physician before use, and do not use the Product, if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Have epilepsy, a history of seizures or sensitivity to light.
  • Take medication or use products that increase sensitivity to light.
  • Have an eye condition, skin cancer, open wounds or an active skin infection on the treatment area.
  • Have any other medical condition or doubt about whether the Product is suitable for you.

Keep your eyes closed during use and do not look directly into the LEDs. Stop using the Product immediately and seek medical advice if you notice irritation, pain, burns or any other adverse reaction. The Product is not intended for use by children.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Our Products ship from a warehouse in the United States, so you will not be charged import duties or customs fees on delivery. Sales tax, where we are required to collect it, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. If a Product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

6. How to place an order

  1. Choose your Product and add it to your cart.
  2. Go to checkout and enter your contact, shipping and payment details.
  3. Review your order. You can correct any errors in your details using the edit options before you confirm.
  4. Click the payment button to place your order, which is an order with an obligation to pay.
  5. We will send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation.

We keep an electronic record of each order, and you can request a copy by email. The contract is concluded in English. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment, or the Product is unavailable.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or events beyond our control. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take longer or may not be available.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to your shipping address.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, or tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

8. Returns and refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, because the Product is applied directly to the skin of the face, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the Product is no longer wanted. We accept returns, and offer a replacement or refund, only in these cases:

  • The Product arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the Product and packaging.
  • You received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The Product is defective, as covered by the Limited Warranty in section 9.

Do not send any item back without first contacting us; we will give you the return instructions. For valid claims we cover any return shipping cost, and in some cases we may not require the item back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

9. Limited Warranty (30 days)

We warrant to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the delivery date.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, use of chargers or accessories other than those supplied, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To make a claim, email us within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo or video showing it. If the claim is valid, we will, at our option, replace the Product or refund the price you paid.

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 30-day duration of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

10. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge by emailing us within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and section 8 applies.

11. Reviews and customer content

When you post a review, photo or other content on our website, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that you own it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and use it on our website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or unrelated to the Product, but we do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

12. Communications

By placing an order you agree to receive emails related to it, such as confirmation and shipping updates. We send marketing emails or text messages only if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for harm resulting from use of the Product contrary to the user manual or these Terms. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or the Product, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly. If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we may provide them with order, tracking and delivery information.

16. Governing law and disputes

Before starting any legal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence, and you may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under those laws.

17. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your order.
